I like that Brainfish suggests updates to our content based on how users interact with our platform. It also automatically updates articles when we release a new feature. The Slack integration is fantastic because it allows us to create knowledge base articles directly from a Slack thread, which speeds up our workflow. I appreciate the separate segmented agents feature that helps us handle different use cases effectively.
