What it does

AI mortgage document processing and loan-file quality control: classify and extract borrower documents, calculate income, verify assets, compare evidence with agency guidelines and lender overlays, and clear conditions with source citations and human exception review.

Sei Document Intelligence classifies and assembles loan packages, extracts borrower data, calculates income, verifies assets, and surfaces discrepancies against Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD guidelines plus investor overlays. It checks Closing Disclosure timing and fee tolerances, supports pre-close and post-close loan QC, and writes findings, conditions and calculations back to the loan origination system. Findings carry a rule, reasoning, confidence score and source-page citation; findings below the configured confidence threshold go to a human underwriter. The documented workflow supports loan preparation and quality control; an autonomous loan approval, credit limit or price recommendation is not established by the inspected evidence.

  • Compare loan-file data against agency guidelines and investor overlays
