Virvell Launches Formal Partnership Program for HR Consultants
Virvell has launched a formal referral partnership program for independent HR leaders, talent consultants, and recruiters. The program connects Virvell with four founding partners: HRWire (Montreal), Leadify (Berlin), Talent Solutions Inc. (Idaho), and People Pulse Ventures (South Carolina). Partners receive white-glove onboarding for their clients, direct access to the product team, and reciprocal referral opportunities for implementation and advisory work. Participating partners must adhere to strict platform standards, including requirements for human-in-the-loop decision-making and a prohibition against automated candidate scoring or ranking.
