Stripe has expanded the availability of the buyer_id property to include BLIK PaymentMethods and SetupAttempt objects. This unique, merchant-scoped identifier helps verify account holders, enabling more precise fraud detection and easier correlation of customer payments across different transactions and payment methods. This data point is automatically populated by BLIK when available.

Stripe has introduced manual capture support for Sunbit payments. By setting the capture_method parameter to manual, businesses can now authorize Sunbit transactions and collect funds at a later time.
