Connect form-data extraction was really, really incredible, and even when cleanup was needed, it was still doing far more of the heavy lifting than before. It ended up being a huge time-saver overall, I'm very, very glad we invested in it.

We honestly can't imagine not having it now. Soraban simplified administrative work, improved tracking, and made it easier to manage client progress. With dedicated onboarding support, we were able to take on more returns than expected without sacrificing quality.

Actually, our older clients had better adoption of Soraban than Safesend, which we used in the past. It was kind of surprising to see some of these older people that we thought, yeah, they've always done the paper organizer, and so we're just not expecting them to use it, and they did. That was a pleasant surprise!
