GitHub has launched a generally available Copilot cloud agent integration for Linear. Users can now assign Linear issues directly to the Copilot cloud agent, which analyzes tasks, creates draft pull requests in ephemeral environments, and provides progress updates within the Linear interface. The integration supports custom agent configurations, model selection, and branch management, allowing users to steer tasks through comments.
