Trust profile
Fellow has introduced password protection for public meeting recaps. Users with edit access can now secure specific recap links with a manually created or system-generated password. Additionally, for Enterprise-tier workspaces, administrators can implement a mandatory password policy for all public recap links. External viewers who authenticate via password retain access for 24 hours. As part of this update, sharing labels within the software have been updated to explicitly state "Anyone with the link," and restricted meetings now display a lock icon for improved clarity regarding access settings.
Fellow has updated its platform to support the creation of audio clips from recordings that lack video components, such as botless meetings or uploaded MP3 files. Users can extract key portions of these recordings and share them as standalone excerpts. Each generated clip includes the audio segment in .m4a format combined with a speaker-labeled transcript to maintain contextual information.
