Epsilla

I did a lot of research until I found Epsilla. Epsilla is the single best tool for non-technical teams to build meaningful AI services around knowledge bases. The best part is the quality of knowledge retrieval is high, and it can handle any format you throw at it, meaning non-technical collaborators can manage the data. They can even create UIs, but I love that Epsilla has a great API for piping into your own UI. Every similar app I've tried in this space just kind of sucked. Epsilla has been killer every minute. This is hands down the winner in the space

I've really enjoyed using Epsilla to build and test AI agents. The platform is simple to work with yet powerful, especially when it comes to building RAG pipelines. Tasks like embedding, indexing, and querying are easy to set up and run smoothly, which made my research process much more efficient. I also appreciated how responsive and helpful the team was whenever I had questions. Epsilla has definitely been a valuable part of my generative AI projects.

Epsilla’s product enabled us to spin out a GenAI product PoC significantly faster than otherwise. The service is very easy to use and set up. It is robust and reliable as we did not run into any technical issue or downtime during our use.
