Boris FX has acquired iZotope, known for its audio production tools including RX, Ozone, Neutron, and Nectar. The acquisition brings iZotope into Boris FX as a business unit, where original engineering and support teams will be retained. This move aims to unify audio and video post-production tools under one organization. iZotope was previously a part of Native Instruments; the transaction occurred in coordination with inMusic's acquisition of Native Instruments in late June 2026. Existing iZotope product support and development remain unchanged.
