Being able to speak with a perfect American accent has always been my dream. My favorite part of the app is the vocabulary practice — it scores individual words, so I can identify which sounds I'm not pronouncing right and fix them. I also love the conversation practice; that's the most challenging part for me, and it lets me focus on communicating my ideas, not just the pronunciation.

When I first moved to the US, I was honestly really scared to talk to people because I wasn't confident in my English pronunciation. That's when I started using BoldVoice, and it was a total game changer. It clearly shows which sounds I mispronounce and personalizes the lessons for me. After almost a year, I feel much more comfortable and confident expressing myself in English.

I'm a tenured professor, surrounded almost entirely by native speakers, so my accent tends to stand out.
