What we're trying to do is replicate a human health coach with abilities far greater than simply a support bot.

Building an agent in a highly regulated space that must comply with specific regulatory guardrails and safety requirements—because this is someone's health—is a really hard thing to do. Amigo's platform was built to do this.

If we were to start from scratch internally, even just standing up all the scaffolding that Amigo provides would have taken us at least 12 months. And it probably wouldn't be as robust.
