A website needs work after launch

A small business owner can finish a website and still have no customers finding it. Service pages need updating, search questions need answers and the site needs a clear way to turn a visit into an inquiry.

Theo builds and hosts the site, then takes on that ongoing work through its Starter and Pro plans. The owner explains the business in chat, reviews the result and publishes when it is ready. [1][2]

The product is built for owners who have a business to run and need someone to keep the website moving. [2]

Describe the business, review the site

Theo starts with the business, its location and the services it offers. It can also use an existing site’s pages, photos and wording to prepare a replacement. [1][2]

The owner asks for changes in the same chat: add a service, replace a photo or move a section. Theo makes the changes without a drag-and-drop editor. [2]

When the site is ready, the owner chooses a plan and connects a domain. Theo handles hosting, and connecting Google sets up Analytics and Search Console. [2]

Booking pages are available on every plan. Businesses can connect Stripe for deposits or full payment, while supported store integrations keep checkout and orders with the existing commerce platform. [1][2]

The next page, post or fix

On Starter and Pro, Theo studies search data, competitors and the business’s services. It drafts new pages, posts and technical fixes each week. [2]

Drafts wait in the Growth tab for the owner to publish, unless the owner enables auto-publish. A weekly email summarizes the work. [2]

The growth work is included in those plans. Chat credits cover changes the owner asks for separately; Basic includes the site, hosting and chat edits without the weekly growth work. [2]

Theo hosts the sites it works on. For a migration, the old site remains live until the owner points the domain to the new one. [2]

Buy My Lunch: more customers finding the service

Buy My Lunch, a school lunch service, moved to Theo in June 2026. Theo reports 929 Google clicks in the 90 days ending September 27, up from 131 in the preceding 90 days. [1]

Search impressions increased from 7,500 to 61,700, and average search position improved from 13 in June to 8. Those figures belong to this customer’s reported experience. [1]

The work behind the result continues after the first build: pages that answer searches, clearer routes to services and ongoing site improvements. [1][2]

Miles Pines kept doing the same job

Before Theo, Miles Pines co-founded Endgrate and learned how to bring an unfamiliar product its first organic search traffic. Friends who owned businesses then asked him to do the same for them. [3]

He found himself repeating the work each week for every business. A small company could rarely afford to keep paying someone to do it indefinitely. [3]

Pines built Theo around that recurring job. The company joined Y Combinator’s Fall 2026 batch. [3]

Owners can begin with a free site audit or a free first build, then choose whether to publish on a paid plan. [1][2]

Where Theo ranks

Theo isn't in a numbered ranking yet. Products get a position once enough companies compete on the same task.

The bigger picture

For a small business, a website is part of finding the next customer. Keeping it current and discoverable is an ongoing job. [2]

Theo’s bet is that the work should come with the website, continuing long after launch. [2]
