An order keeps creating work after checkout

A shopper chooses a delivery option, asks where the parcel is and later needs another size. For the brand, those steps can land in different tools and different queues.

Shipping, tracking and returns all concern the same order. The team still has to keep the details in sync.

Pango brings those operations into one platform. Its agents handle routine logistics tasks using the brand’s data and rules, escalating issues when a person needs to decide. [1]

The goal is shipping and returns on autopilot, with the team able to follow the whole order journey. [1]

One set of rules, across the order journey

Pango’s delivery tools manage carrier options, rates, routing and labels. Tracking pages and proactive notifications keep the customer informed after the parcel leaves the warehouse. [1][2]

Return Management gives customers a self-service portal for returns and exchanges. The brand sets eligibility, timeframes and reimbursement rules, including different policies by product or market. [3]

The same operation can offer a different size, store credit or an exchange from the wider catalogue. The team controls when replacement fulfillment is released. [3]

Pango integrates with storefronts such as Shopify and with warehouse, carrier and customer-experience systems. Order and return information remain available across the process. [1][3]

From a return request to another sale

Consider an apparel brand handling a shopper’s request for a different size. The shopper starts in the brand’s return portal and follows the rules for that item and market. [3]

Pango can offer the replacement or store credit, generate the return label and apply the configured approval steps. The brand can hold replacement fulfillment until the chosen return event. [3]

Tracking continues in the same branded experience. The operations team can follow the original shipment and the return without reconstructing the order across separate systems. [2][3]

Return data also gives the team a way to examine reasons, products and shipping patterns. The next policy decision can use the history already collected by the operation. [3]

Built from time inside e-commerce operations

Steve Rahimi and Lukasz Reszczynski founded Pango in 2025. The company joined YC’s Summer 2026 batch. Rahimi’s background is in e-commerce; Reszczynski brings experience building software and delivery infrastructure. [4]

Before building Pango, the team spent a year embedded in the operations of 30 e-commerce brands. It kept finding several tools stitched together with manual administration. [4]

Expansion added countries, products and more work for the people coordinating those tools. Pango’s answer was a shared operating layer for shipments, returns, refunds and claims. [4]

Understatement Underwear uses Pango to put deliveries, tracking and returns on autopilot. Its logistics run through the same platform as the fashion retailer’s post-purchase experience. [1]

Describe the operation you want to run

Pango’s agents can triage logistics issues, apply routing rules and handle recurring return work. Teams can ask questions of shipment and return data from the same platform. [1]

The longer-term direction is an operating system that adapts to a brand’s policies. The team wants merchants to improve operations without repeatedly rebuilding the systems behind them. [5]

That spans the promise made at checkout, the delivery that follows and the decision to return or exchange. Pango starts with the operational rules that make each step work. [1][3][5]

The bigger picture

For an e-commerce brand, a delivery update or an easy exchange is part of the product experience.

Pango puts the order, its rules and the actions around it in one place. Routine work can move forward while the team handles the decisions that need attention. [1][3]

Shipping and returns become an operation the brand can steer, with more of the recurring work on autopilot.
